Grape juice is the serious one: the ASPCA says dogs can't process the tartaric acid in grapes and risk kidney damage. Citrus juice in larger amounts can irritate the gut. Small pieces of safe fresh fruit plus plain water are a better deal. Skip it, and never give grape juice. Offer plain water instead. If your dog drinks grape juice, call your vet right away.
