Where does MeowNavi's information come from?
our rules
Every location in the system (now 142 locations) is recorded from the official source of that location, such as the official website, official Facebook page, or LINE Official, with a reference link displayed at the bottom of every entry page. If any piece of information cannot be found to be confirmed by a source We leave it blank instead of guessing.
The information on poisonous plants is based on the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) database, which is the reference resource for pet toxicology used by veterinarians around the world. Prices in the pet care cost calculator are based on actual prices in shops and clinics in Thailand. along with specifying the source
The Last Verified date on each page is the date we last checked that information against the actual reference source. Data that has not been checked for more than 6 months will be rechecked or removed.
The records we do not publish
There are now 189 archived items that haven't appeared on the web yet — 116 places, 46 plants, and 27 foods. There are a few reasons for this: The page doesn't give out physical addresses. Phone numbers do not match. The page has become so abandoned that I don't know if it's still open. Or, in the case of food and plants, there is no veterinary reference source that directly specifies the type (such as chili peppers — no institution has published information on capsaicin in pets. Therefore we do not compensate.)
We choose to count and publish this number. Because websites that guess information will never tell you how many items they guessed. If one day we can confirm which items It will go up on the website with the verification date. It's not a quiet one.
What we don't do
We don't get paid to rank. No fake reviews There are no stars without origins. And don't write about places where you can't confirm your identity. If you come across incorrect information or a store that has closed Notify us via email — every edit will be saved inUpdate log
